FOR workers!

In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.
ART is about workers, for workers and with workers. With as many workers as possible and as few bureaucrats as possible. Without any thread in the leg nor dependence on the employers. Rigorously and with the courage of those who fight for social justice.
ART claims to be a grassroots, democratic and participatory trade unionism, essentially relying on the involvement of workers at all decision-making levels and in all its actions. The regular holding of decision-making general assemblies, the limitation of recourse to permanent salaried positions, and the systematic rotation of managers are all elements suitable for guaranteeing the democratic health of the association and its social dynamics.
ART aims to unite as many workers as possible by favoring militant commitment and direct action. ART is a combative association that works for the recognition of workers' rights, for their emancipation and for a fair distribution of wealth.
ART promotes the know-how of its members, their health and the quality of work in the face of drifts resulting from the race for profit.
ART is committed to the training and professional development of its members, for de facto equality between women and men, and for a society that reconciles profession and family.
ART partners with any person or organization effectively combating fraud to which the profession is a victim.
ART is an organization which brings together in French-speaking Switzerland all workers from all trades and branches, self-employed, as well as people without gainful employment and retirees.
ART welcomes and defends with the same commitment Swiss and migrant men and women, workers, young and older.
ART mobilizes workers in order to be able to negotiate progressive collective labor agreements, and assists the individual and collective actions of its members in industrial tribunals to ensure respect for the rights in force. If necessary, it supports strikes and organizes public denunciations.
ART also conducts information campaigns and actions to defend the interests of its members and all professions.
